We do take returns on regularly stocked items.  Special order items are non-returnable.

No.  We repair most things in a day or so.

We give donations to school band programs and music advocacy groups only.

Do you have a bulletin board to post things in your store?

Yes, you're welcome to post anything as long as it's presentable, free of profanity, and most words are spelled correctly.  If it doesn't meet this criteria, we reserve the right to remove it or circle your errors in red.

Can you read me what's on the bulletin board over the phone?

No.

Can you list your whole stock of used guitars for me over the phone?

We work really hard at having a beautiful, clean, nicely stocked store with friendly employees.  So no, we'd like to encourage you to come in and look.

Can I place my sheet music order over the phone?

Within reason, sure.  Otherwise, you are welcome email it to Gabriel or one of the other staff members and they'll be happy to get it ordered for you.
