30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return any eligible item within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund.
1. The following products are only returnable if defective or unopened: strings, reeds, drumsticks, software, tubes, earbuds,earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, harmonicas, drumheads, bows, clothing, CDs, DVDs, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. If defective, these items will be exchanged for the same product.
2. Items over $299 must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date.
3. Due to copyright laws, print music is not returnable.
4. A $5 sterilization fee will be charged on returned mouthpieces, including instruments with an attached mouthpiece such as, but not limited to, flutes.
5. Returns will not be accepted without a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be made for the value of the item(s) purchased only.
1. Shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded. This includes return shipping costs.
2. Returns on credit cards will be made within 10 days of the date we receive the returned item.
General Return Instructions
1. Call us first, please. Contact our store to receive our RA (Return Authorization) number. Without this, your purchase cannot be returned.
2. Return everything in the original condition. Include the original packaging, accessories, paperwork, and the item in its original condition (no nicks, dents, scratches, marks, etc.)
3. Repack, double box, and insure the item when shipping it. You are responsible for the merchandise until it safely reaches our store.
4. Handle your purchases with care. If your return items show signs of wear or abuse, the return may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return instructions for purchases of $299 or more
1. Your return request must be received at our store within 10 days of the original ship date. Anything after 10 days of the original ship date will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
2. The item(s) must be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear and tear, scratches, dings, scuffs, scrapes, or pick scratches on the instrument or its case.
3. Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
